Staff were helpful and accommodating throughout our stay.

The food was very good and the facility was super beautiful.

Glasses and plates were not clean. Location without a car is uncomfortable.

The hotel has a really nice garden and pools. I liked the atmosphere very much. Rooms are well-furnished. Welcome drinks, chamapagne and flowers in the room.

The hotel is located quite far from the beach, the rooms have a bad smell, and not cleaned properly. TV is not included in the price and shopping in the minimarket is troublesome (you need to top up your room-card).

Smart choice for a brief pit stop in Playa de las Americas (Tenerife) with decent value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome . Bring some snacks for the kids since the options at the snack bar are quite limited.

Perfect spot for a chill family vacay

The kids loved the pool, and there were tons of fun activities for them. The food was good, especially the salad bar. Just a heads-up, though, the pool was super cold and a bit deep for little ones. It was such a nice getaway!

Super accommodation. Very good kitchen. Well organized, no crowds at the buffets. Despite high occupancy there always are free sunbeds. Of course, there are the notorious deckchair occupants. Whatever. We didn't let the beautiful stay get away from us. Short 15 min-walk to the centre or the beach (limited shuttle service). This accommodation is highly recommended.

Children's playground urgently needs better maintenance

Wonderful staff, fun activities, comfortable stay.

Visit the laderas del teide, visit puerto de la cruz park, and went shopping at the beachside. We was playing golf one dag. Most og the time we relaxed by the pool. We had at massage and one of os Got fixed our Hair from the lady at the pool.

Nice hotel for young couples and families with children. Located aprox 3 km from coast but good thing about this is peacefull and pleasent stay "quite nights". You will need rent a car but you also have free daily bus for transportation to the beach. Clean, big rooms, nice garden and pleasent staff. From my point of view good hotel for rest and peaceful vacation. Close to main roads good conections

Far from ocean and Only thing that you shoud do is to rent a car during stay. And we are in Spain so maybe a tematic flamenco night will be good for entertainment. Everything else was great.

Superb staff, very helpfull. Nice big appartment over 2 floors. Big garden with two swimmingpools (one heated).

Location could be better. Have to take taxi to get to Las Americas or Los Cristianos

Extremely quiet. Thematic buffet. Real family hotel.

Limited play opportunities for older children. No sports fields for football, basketball etc. Very boring for teenagers. No clarity about which drinks are included in the all-inclusive package (daily different opinions of bar people, you always have to ask and that is annoying).

A bit limited and repetitive. The fresh salads were nice, but I expected more variety in the hot meals. The villa was spacious and well-equipped, perfect for our family of four. The kids loved the pools, but the entertainment could have been more dynamic.
